Angel Fund - special surgeries and medical care for extaordinary needs, resulting from illness trauma or neglect, that the shelter cannot provide. Feral/Stray Trap-Neuter-Return or Rehabilitate - no-cost spay/neuter, distemper and rabies and inoculations, dentals, veterinary treatment for ferla/stray cats.
